I will make a long story very short, just to let you know what happened to me, and hopefully to help others.
As love was not coming my way since forever, I started chatting online with different kind of men. One day, a good-looking male, around 30, left me a message. I was very happy, and shortly we started chatting almost every day, then day and night, and I found myself doing just that even at work.
After a while, I realized he was not the kind, sweet person I thought he was. Friends told me they found pictures of mine over the internet, and all kind of things that made me feel embarrassed. My family found out, at work everyone was laughing at me; I became depressed and even when walking on the street I had the impression that everyone is laughing at me, pointing at me with their fingers. It took me a while to solve the problem, and to regain my dignity!
Be aware that these things can happen to you, before trusting someone you’ve met over the internet!

I feel like you do on this subject. There is plenty of good stuff out there to pile on our computers to make it safe but it is hard to stay ahead of the bad stuff. I’ve actually put some keystrokers on my computer that were supposed to protect my family. So your words are appreciated, but the picture is what caught my eye. It was perfect for the post.
