As a software developing company our refund policy has some requirements. Please, get aware with our Refund Policy before you purchase our software in order to avoid dissatisfactions after the payment. Your placement of an order at All-Spy constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Our software products have free fully functional evaluation version for potential users to "try before you buy". We encourage our customers to evaluate the software before purchasing a software license. We assume that when a user purchases the registered version from us, he/she is satisfied with the program's features and functionalities, so that no refund request would therefore be applied by the user on such basis.
When installing any of our products you have to agree to EULA. You are informed about the possibility of software malfunctioning and you accept the software "as is". Please read carefully EULA when installing any software by All-Spy for more details.
Contact our support department before requesting a refund. If you have any problem with the product you have purchased from All-Spy, please contact the technical department available at support@all-spy.com and detail the situation. If the technical department fails in providing you solutions for your problems, All-Spy will refund your purchase. Please be informed that no refund request will be accepted whether you are not willing to cooperate
with the support department in solving the encountered issues.
Please realize the cases in which the refund requests are never approved according to our refund policy:

a. A Client refuses to follow the instructions of the support team or doesn't provide the requested assistance;
b. The software was purchased by mistake or on supposition that it does something that it is not intended to do;
c. A bug reported was fixed in a newer version than a Client owns and the Client refuses to upgrade;
d. The Client applies for the refund after 30 days since the application was purchased.
