Introduction
Welcome to Web Explorer
Web Explorer is an invisible, easy to use surveillance application, designed to monitor and record all internet activities on a computer.
Perfectly suited for both office and home use Web Explorer offers detailed reports on all accessed websites from a single computer or from the entire network.
Web Explorer displays reports in web format or secretly sends them to a specified e-mail address.
When running, Web Explorer is not visible in Program Files and Task Manager. For extra security Web Explorer has a password protected interface and hot-key combination for accessing the application. Also all recorded information is stored in a secret, encrypted file.

In order to properly use Web Explorer, make sure that your computer meets the following requirements:

Getting Started
Installation
Once you have downloaded the product, please run the setup. Make sure you choose “run” on the Microsoft Security Warning.
Show/Hide
Each time you want to hide Web Explorer main window, press the icon located in the right upper corner.
To show Web Explorer main window press the shortcut combination key. Which for default is Ctrl + Alt + Shift + W.
Functionalities
Status
Status section informs the user on the application status, whether it is monitoring or not monitoring all activity. It also shows the default user that is monitored. The interface has two quick buttons for having instant access to the reports. The buttons on this area allow you to start or stop monitoring computer activity.

The quick buttons are:

The Hide button hides the interface while the program is still running. You can unhide it by pressing the hotkey defined in the settings area.
Settings
Here you can adjust all settings related to security, report delivery and logging activity.

In this area you can configure your own hot key and password needed to unhide application, password and set whether to start when OS starts.
To change password: click change password; a new dialog opens where you can insert the old passwords, then the new one, to confirm the new password, type it once again then press OK to save or CANCEL to reset changes.
Reports can be delivered by email at a specified email address, letting the user set the frequency of these reports. In order not to occupy space with unneeded logs, you can set Web Explorer to delete old logs after a specified period of time.

To save disk space, Web Explorer can set periods for deleting old logs and screenshots that are no longer necessary.
To enable this option, check the Delete Old Logs box, then insert the period after which you intend to have the logs deleted. Press APPLY to save changes.
Register
Web Explorer has as trial period of ten days. After expiration Web Explorer will no longer monitor the printers nor will send any reports. To register your product, please purchase a licensing key. Press the BUY button to complete the purchase. You will receive via email the key and instructions. The new key allows you to monitor internet traffic for a period of 365 days form the moment the key was generated. After receiving the key, save the file on your desktop or on your hard drive, start
Web Explorer, select the Register option and press register button.

Browse for the license file in the location when you have saved it and press the Open Button. Your licensed copy of Web Explorer is running.

If the license key is valid you should see your name and email address and LICENSED COPY.

Uninstall
Since this application runs in stealth mode, it is not visible in Add/Remove Programs or Task Manager so in order to uninstall it, please press the Uninstall button on the left side of the interface and follow the instruction.

Web Explorer no longer runs on your computer.
